About Lucero

Hi, my name is Lucero (Lucy). I have worked in public education for seven years. I love kids. I am a PBIS interventionist at a local public school, so I am accustomed to working with children of all ages. I received my bachelor's degree in science in Human Resource Development with a specialization in psychology from the University of Houston in May 2024. I have experience working with children with special needs, including autism. I can cook light meals, help with chores, make arts and crafts, help with homework. I create various learning games, they usually go with a theme of the month or season. I have experience with kids pre-k through fifth grade in all subjects. I am CPR and first aid certified. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am comfortable with pets. I have my own car. I am a mother, and my daughter means the world to me. My daughter and I love to travel.
