There are very few people you trust completely with your children, and from the moment she became part of our lives, she earned that trust wholeheartedly. To say she has been “just a nanny” to our family would be doing her an incredible disservice — she has become family. Our daughters each have different developmental needs and personalities, and she has navigated both with extraordinary patience, intuition, compassion, and care. She has an incredible ability to meet each child exactly where they are, helping them grow, feel safe, feel understood, and most importantly, feel deeply loved. As parents, there is no greater comfort than knowing your children are genuinely cared for when you are away, and she gave us that peace every single day. Beyond the exceptional care she provides to our girls, she consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of our home. She helps around the house without ever being asked, notices what needs to be done, and carries herself with a level of professionalism that is rare to find. She is polite, dependable, communicative, and wonderfully conversational — someone who brings warmth and positivity into the home simply by being there. She has completely changed our standard for childcare moving forward. Honestly, any future nanny will inevitably be compared to her because she set the bar so incredibly high. As we prepare to move, one of the hardest parts of leaving is knowing we cannot bring her with us. That alone speaks volumes about the impact she has had on our family. What began as an employment relationship became something so much more meaningful. She is now a true friend to us outside of work, someone we care about deeply and hope remains in our lives for years to come. She loves our babies wholeheartedly, and our family loves her just as deeply in return. Any family would be beyond fortunate to have her caring for their children.
