About Hayley

Hello, I'm Hayley and I'm currently in my second year at Longwood University, studying Therapeutic Recreation. Through my major, I've gained valuable knowledge about working with children, including those with special needs, and how to plan fun, meaningful activities that support their development. I have over 3 years of babysitting experience and have worked with children of all different ages and personalities. I've had the opportunity to care for many families, which has helped me learn how to adapt to different routines and needs. I love playing games, getting creative with crafts, and doing both indoor and outdoor activities that keep kids engaged and active. Most importantly, I always prioritize safety and creating a positive, trustworthy environment for every child I care for.
