Hi Families! With 16+ years of nannying experience, I bring a calm, creative, and highly relational approach to childcare. I'm currently seeking a part-time position for 3 consistent days/week (roughly 24-30 guaranteed hours) and I'm flexible on which days those are. I am passionate about the work I do and my childcare philosophy centers around safety, open communication, compassion, and honoring the unique qualities every child possesses. I enjoy creating thoughtful, engaging days centered around creativity, outdoor adventures, reading, imaginative play, music, and following each child's unique interests. I'm also a grad student and intern therapist that specializes in providing neurodivergent-affirming care to children with autism and/or ADHD. I'm CPR/First-aid certified, a non-smoker/vaper, fully vaccinated, and happy to do tasks above and beyond childcare, like deeper cleaning, meal prep/cooking, running errands + pet care.
