Hey, hey! I am Gabriella, 19 years old & I have an abundant amount of love for children. I am able to handle trying situations, I am innovative, nurturing, & understanding. My teaching philosophy is to ensure the children's needs are always met; emotionally, physically, cognitively, & hygienically, keeping the home organized & providing good communication to the parents. You should hire me because of my passion. I want to be a safe place & role model for YOUR child, all while guiding them through such vulnerable years! I have 4+ years of experience in & out of a daycare with infants to 8 years of age.
