Lourene is one of the most patient, kind, caring individuals I know. She truly cares for people rather than just doing a job! She always goes the extra mile to provide personalized care. I have used her for elder care, but my neighbor has used her for childcare for her baby and i know she is happy with the care. I see her walking the baby all the time & playing with him inside & in the yard so she never puts baby in front of a tv o leaves him in playpen. She truly interacts with the baby, feeds him & helps administer meds when needed. I would hire her if I had grandchildren.
