I feel so lucky to have Louisa in my elderly mom’s (and my) life. Louisa is caring and thoughtful. She helps my mom with food shopping, light cooking, and companionship. Louisa is so accommodating and arranged her schedule so she can prep meals for my mom - which she offered to do and wasn’t asked - and be there when I can’t. I appreciate how much she communicates with me regarding my mom’s needs and if there’s something she thinks I should know. My mom, who has memory issues, may not always remember Louis’s name, but she always says how “kind” and “good” she is.
