About Lorna

Hi! I'm a Respiratory Therapy and EMT student with over 2. 5 years of lifeguarding experience. I absolutely love working with children, and it's one of my favorite parts of being a lifeguard! I'm CPR/BLS certified through the AHA and StarGuard, and I've also completed a CNA course, giving me experience with safety, caregiving, and responding calmly in emergencies. I'm responsible, patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy creating a fun and comfortable environment for kids. I also have a brother with Down syndrome, which has taught me the importance of patience, understanding, compassion, and adapting to each child's individual needs. Whether we're playing games, doing crafts, spending time outside, or just having fun together, I'd love to make sure your children feel safe, cared for, and happy while you're away! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, compassionate and attentive I like working with kids because I enjoy their energy, curiosity and personalities.
