Lorna or “Lola” as we affectionately call her, was an integral member of my brother’s care team for over one year. He suffered and subsequently passed from ALS, and she was with him every step of the way. Her compassion, organization, efficiency and dependability are unmatched. She helped out with any and everything. My brother was in his 30s, and she made him comfortable as he slowly lost the ability to move and required machines to help him function. She was a quick learner who managed all of his machines effectively. She became a close family member who we will appreciate forever. Would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a compassionate caregiver who is knowledgeable and flexible.
