For the past 15 years, I've dedicated my career to supporting adults and seniors, fueled by a genuine passion for their well-being and independence. My experiences in previous care roles have solidified my desire to positively impact lives. As a Certified Home Health Aide with a college degree, I provide respite care, live-in home care, hospice services, home health, personal care, dementia, and medical management. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly, and I prioritize respecting the independence of those I care for. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I'm also experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. Navigating the lives of others has been a privilege and a gift.
