My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and by following their preferred method. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I'm skilled in transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I also have CPR and First Aid Training. Earning your trust is my priority. I find immense joy in helping families and would be honored to care for your loved one.
