Nicholle is great with my 10 month old daughter and my daughter loves her! Nicholle is always early or right on time which makes it so much easier for me to get to work on time and have no worries! My schedule is very unpredictable but Nicholle is very flexible and willing to work with such a crazy schedule. I would recommend Nicholle for any childcare needs! :)
