I have always worked with children. I was a high school teacher for 16 years but decided to take a break to focus on special education. I still hold my teaching license in New Hampshire and substitute teach for all grades. While I was growing up, babysitting was what I did. I attended a babysitting course when I was 12 and then I babysat for several families until I was able to get a job in the ice cream scooping business with my friends. In college I worked in an infant center working with infants from 3 months to 10 months. While I do not have any children of my own, I have two nephews and a niece who I absolutely adore and have learned from in so many ways. I adore children and love making connections through play and activities. I am kind and patient and genuinely enjoy working with kids of all ages.
