About Lori

I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential through personalized support. For three years, I have enjoyed creating engaging and patient learning environments. I actively listen to students and observe how they interact with new material. I also vary my teaching strategies, such as visual aids and hands-on activities. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrate small successes. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to parents to reinforce learning at home. I am comfortable tutoring at your home, a center, or even a coffee shop. I can assist with English, test preparation, and study skills, among other subjects, for elementary through high school students. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring, and I would love to help you experience that too. I also hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
