About Lori

I started caring for seniors when I graduated from college as an RN. I worked for 11 years in a long term care/rehab facility. And while I loved caring for my residents, I didn't enjoy the mountains of charting, the stress of too many residents and not enough nurses, the long hours etc. Fast forward almost 20 years and I have been primarily a stay at home Mom for my two children aged 19 and 16. Recently, I have thought about returning to caregiving, but am hoping to provide one on one care. I am a kind, compassionate person and would love to be a bright spot in a senior's day! In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. I enjoy going to my son's jazz concerts and my daughter's field hockey and ice hockey games. I enjoy walking our dog, Bruce and spending time at my pool and working in my yard.
