Unlocking a student's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. I have a degree in Deaf Communications and hold a full time position educating students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. With 10 years of experience, I specialize in helping elementary students master reading, writing, and test preparation. I believe in creating a patient, engaging environment where complex concepts become manageable through real-world examples and step-by-step problem solving. By actively observing how they interact with new material, I tailor my strategies-ranging from visual aids to hands-on practice-to fit their specific needs. I prioritize clear, consistent communication with families to build trust and ensure we are working as a collaborative team. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing a student gain the confidence to conquer a new skill. I have a forever love for learning and look forward to being a part of your child's successful journey.
