About Lorenzo

It is my utmost pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Lorenzo. My affiliation with Lorenzo is of personal capacity. I have had the privilege of serving alongside Lorenzo as a volunteer and mentor in our church s student ministry. We have also worked closely together for the past five years in the Music Department of our church. I learned of Lorenzo s leadership skills and abilities through working with him on several projects for our church and community. He is our church s main musician and he has taken on leadership roles in two of our church s major production where he served as Director. During the time that I have worked with Lorenzo, I have found him to be consistent, pleasant, and dedicated. Besides being a joy to work with, Lorenzo is a self-starter who is able to present creative ideas and initiatives, while encouraging others with an approach that is innovative and motivating. He has been an excellent example to the youth of our church as he models the importance of establishing a balance between academic and personal goals. In my opinion, Lorenzo s creativity, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ambitious nature, and willingness to serve has elevated the overall performance and productivity of our church s youth and music ministries. It is without reservation that I recommend Lorenzo as a caregiver.
