Lillian was punctual and incredibly professional, which is very important to me as a business owner. However, she was also a caring, enriching, and naturally maternal presence for my children. Every day my boys had something new to tell m that "Ms. Lillie taught us." If the pandemic hadn't cut our time woefully short I would have wanted to keep her for as long as possible.
