About Lorena

Hi families! My name is Lorena, and I have over 4 years of childcare experience working with infants, toddlers, twins, and school-aged children. I have a background in Psychology, which has given me an understanding of child development and emotional support. I have provided full-time live-in childcare in the U. S., caring for twins, children ages 4-6 and 5-month-old. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I'd describe my personality as calm, reliable and curious. I love working with kids because every child has their own unique world, personality, and way of seeing life. Being part of their growth and helping them is truly meaningful to me. Caring for children is a beautiful mutual learning. I'm looking for a position with a kind, respectful, empathetic and communicative family where trust, teamwork, and open communication are valued. In my spare time, I enjoy learning about psychology (or any other topic that interests me), and spend quality time with the people I care about.
