Hi! I'm a compassionate caregiver with 4 years of paid experience in childcare. I have been involved in childcare for my entire adult life, paid and unpaid, working with children ages 0-10. I am primarily looking for a job that provides clear communication on their expectations and needs! In my spare time, I like to craft! I spend most of my free time doing various art activities, from paper mache to crochet to jewelry making. One thing you should know about me is my favorite thing in the world to do is make art. I believe it is such a valuable skill to learn how to make things with your own hands and to enjoy the process of creating more than having a perfect final product. My top skills for child care are patience, adaptability and creativity. It is important is give children grace and understanding as they are growing, to be flexible around the needs of children and to create a fun, engaging environment.
