About Lohit

Hii, I am a 19-year-old rising junior at the University of Southern California majoring in Computational Neuroscience. I have experience tutoring elementary to high school students in subjects ranging from math, English, Spanish, science, and reading. I was also an Eagle Scout of Troop 296 and was the lead trainer which involved teaching younger scouts essentials like first aid, camping, and cooking skills. I have been tutoring since 2019! I'd describe my personality as professional, understanding, kind I like tutoring because I enjoy helping kids learn new topics which may be difficult but also because I believe it's important for students to be curious about their studies and want to learn more! In my spare time, I like to read, go on walks, workout, hang out with friends, go thrifting, and recently I've been getting into astrology! My skills include making practice tests, breaking down complex topics, teaching in a way similar to how to teacher wants to material to be taught
