About Lizzy

Hi! I'm Lizzy, and I'd love to help your child build confidence and enjoy learning. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Education, and I currently work as a Reading Paraeducator at Birch Lane Elementary, where I help students strengthen their phonics, fluency, comprehension, and overall reading confidence. I love celebrating each child's progress and creating lessons that are engaging, encouraging, and tailored to their individual needs. In addition to reading support for younger learners, I also offer Spanish tutoring for students of all ages. As a fluent Spanish speaker, I can help with everything from homework and conversation practice to building vocabulary and grammar skills. My goal is to help students feel capable, confident, and excited to learn. Whether your child needs extra support, wants to get ahead, or simply benefits from one-on-one attention, I'd love to help them reach their goals!
