Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. With nine years of experience, I am a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. My background includes a college degree, as well as CPR and First Aid Training. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations and managing confusion with patience and empathy. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is essential to building a strong connection with those in my care. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish.
