Making a difference in someone's life is what truly motivates me. For the past 10 years, I've been dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors through compassionate care. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, prepare meals, assist with medical management, and offer mobility assistance. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. My approach is patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections.
