Lizeth helped full time with my very energetic 3yr old and newborn and was an absolute joy to have, I wish we could keep her longer! I’m a SAHM and she helped support me as well in any way possible which I appreciated SO much. She came to work every day with a great attitude, ready to make the best of the day and got familiar with a routine quickly, keeping my 3yr old entertained with outings and engaged in crafts and activities at home. She helped with her lunch and other snacks every day. I’m a little particular about food but only had to tell her once about my wishes and the same with pretty much every other wish I had for her role. She is very patient and great at redirecting and comforting my emotional threenager as well consoling and engaging with my newborn. Both of my girls just adore her, she will be very missed and any family would be lucky to have her! I was new to having a nanny, had one before her that didnt work out but was so grateful when we found her and it worked out perfectly. I’m happy to talk about any specific questions as well.
