About Kylann

I'd describe my personality as fun, endearing, and crafty. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help foster a child's identity, find creative outlets, and allow flexibility for both parents and myself. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I learned about teaching and started assistant teaching my sophomore year, I've since babysat, been a church camp counselor, directed Sunday School, assisted with camps provided by my college, and currently work with children in my job of 5years. One thing you should know about me is I believe in keeping a balance of structure with rules set by parents but also learning through physical play/ activities so that the children are not glued to their screens. I love opportunities that allow me to cultivate learning through play that's hand in hand with their a child's development level or education level My skills include engaging story time, safety knowledge, and creativity
