About Lizbet

I'd describe my personality as creative, hard-working, empathetic I like tutoring because I get to work with students and focus on meeting their individual needs. I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling and where I can support students with their work. I started tutoring when I was in high school. I stopped tutoring when I started college. I occasionally support family members with homework and reviewing academic concepts. I am a Special Education assistant teacher. In my spare time, I like to craft (ex. scrapbooking, crochet), listen to music, read, hang out with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I work with children with disabilities on a daily basis. Every child's needs are different. I am here to listen and support as needed!! My skills include patience, building self-confidence, modeling then independent work, active listening, modifying work based on needs.
