Liza has took care of son for a year starting at 18 months. We did a nanny share with her and the baby was 6 months. She was able to balance both kids, feed them, care for them, and play. She was great taking them to the park and fun walks. She was also able to watch second baby at six months. She said my baby did not cry once with her first time watching her. Liza is a special caregiver and we love to have her around. Liza is kind, patient, and never has the TV on or her phone. We continue to use Liza for once and a while emergencies or date nights.
