About Liza

Hi There! I'm Liza. Im 28 years old living in St. Augustine with my two pups. I am currently working part time in the health space as a human biomechanics specialist helping clients foster a deeper connection to their bodies. I am passionate about all things nature and health. I have been working with children and in child care for about 10 years. It is my core belief that children are meant to fully engage with their environment around them with deep care, understanding and intention. I make it an essential component while caring for children that their senses are catered to in a way that will help them to express freely while I maintain a structured and safe environment for them to do so! In addition, I am CPR and AED certified. I am very comfortable working with kids of all ages and am very flexible working to fit the specific needs of each child whatever that may entail. In addition to helping out with children, I am also open to helping with any errands/house duties when necessar
