About Caila

Hello, my name is Caila, and I have several years of experience working with children of all ages. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My background includes early childhood education, CNA training, and some college coursework in Nursing. This combination allows me to provide both nurturing care and health conscious support to the children I work with. I enjoy planning engaging activities such as arts and crafts, story time, and outdoor play to encourage learning, creativity, and fun. In addition to childcare, I also assist with light housekeeping task to maintain a clean and organized environment. I believe that a safe, structured, and clean space is just as important to a child's well-being as engaging activities and quality care. I am passionate about helping children grow while also supporting families by keeping daily routines running smoothly. I look forward to bringing my skills, energy, and dedication into a new family's home.
