About Lisa

Do not look any further because you have literally struck gold. I found Lisa on Care.com when I was pregnant with my now 13 month old and I was immediately impressed with her background. Not only did she have a strong educational background in early childhood, she had been the lead infant teacher for many years at the early childhood center where my then 2 year old son attended. It only got better from there. Lisa is an incredible caregiver. She has been with us since my daughter was just a couple months (she started helping me a couple days a week before I went back to work). I was nervous about going back to work but she made helped make the transition seamless for me. She is a strong communicator, professional in every sense of the word, timely (always early) and the way she interacts with my kids is what you can only dream to find in a nanny. She has been key in my daughter's development over the last year, making sure that they are always playing with age appropriate toys and working on new skills. She also picks my three year old up from school and takes care of both children in the afternoons. They have a ball and my son always looks forward to coming home to play with Lisa in the basement. Lisa is also one of the most caring, thoughtful people I have ever encountered. She is always one step ahead of me, thinking about the kids needs and making things easier for us in a household with two working parents.
