About Lisa

I have 20+ years of experience working with children of all ages. My background is in Early Childhood Education, with my Master's in Montessori. I am very dedicated & committed to my work with children. As an educator, I am aware of developmental milestones & able to provide activities for each. I am creative, caring, nurturing, & I have a great deal of patience. I am a certified International Montessori Teacher. I have owned & operated a small Montessori school, specializing in children ages 2-kindergarten, for 12+ years. In addition to my experience as an educator, I've also worked as an In-Home Montessori Caregiver/Nanny for families. All I need is a room within your home to set up as our classroom. We follow the typical school year (year round ~ to include summer camps) with a work period, snack, outdoor play, nature walks, reading, singing, age appropriate cooking. Single-family or Nanny share opportunities with a group of families, which is wonderful for child socialization.
