About Katie

With over 10 years of experience working with children, I have dedicated my career to nurturing young minds in a variety of early learning environments. My journey began in in-home daycares and daycare centers, where I built a strong foundation in child development and classroom management. I then expanded my experience working with Head Start, supporting school readiness and early academic growth. Most recently, I have served as a Teacher's Assistant in a special needs classroom within our local school district, providing individualized support and fostering inclusive learning. I hold a college degree in Early Childhood Education and am passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where every child can thrive.
