I understand the importance of clear communication, providing families with regular updates through written reports, verbal check-ins, and texts or phone calls. Building a strong connection means understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations, particularly when handling confusion or agitation. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. My services include transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
