Bringing comfort and support to adults and seniors is my passion. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with 6 years of experience, I'm dedicated to making a positive impact on their lives and providing reliable care for families. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I have experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, and end of life care. I understand the importance of building connections by learning about individual preferences and history. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I can provide assistance in ADLs, respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. CPR Training is current. Knowing I can bring a little joy to someone's day is what I find most rewarding. I am also skilled in using a Hoyer and Sarah lift.
