About Lisa

Hi! I'm a Certified Dementia Practitioner. I have been working with people with dementia for since 2022. I started in Activities and then became a Memory Care Director. I have worked in skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care. I've also helped seniors downsize and move into assisted living facilities. I know how hard change and transition is for older folks. I now want to use my skills and experience to help seniors living at home; engage and challenge them in a positive way. Just as important, I want to give primary caregivers a well-deserved break! I treat everyone with respect and dignity. I want everyone to feel comfortable. I love talking and getting to know clients. I am very client-focused. I learn people's likes and dislikes, I easily pivot to different activities and interests. I believe I can help families who have loved ones with dementia.
