About Teena

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. For 30 years, I've been honored to support their well-being and independence. I offer respite care, transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with errands, shopping, hospice, dementia, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I also incorporate memory care activities into care. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Respecting my client's independence is very important to me. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have some college experience. I would love to use my skills to help your loved ones.
