I was a stay at home/homeschool mom of 6 children for the last 30+ years. I provided administrative assistance to the family construction business, as well as ran several at home based businesses of my own over the years, including a small family farm. I worked as a personal shopper/courier and then transitioned into senior caregiving. I have been working for Visiting Angels in the greater Prescott AZ area for the last 3 and a half years. I started as a caregiver and I quickly honed my skills. I was promoted to lead caregiver in March 2023. I was further promoted to Assistant Care Manager and worked in that position until October 2025 when my position was eliminated. I was caregiver of the month twice and caregiver of the year in 2024.
