I am writing this to express my deepest gratitude for Lisa, the nurse who took care of my Dad, Billy, for several years after he had a massive stroke that left him disabled, then as he developed congestive heart failure and eventually passed recently. 

Lisa was a true Godsend to our family. Her compassionate and dedicated care over these many years enabled the high quality of life for my father and made some incredibly difficult times more bearable for us all. Lisa was with us every moment, providing not only professional medical care but also emotional support and comfort to both my Dad and our family. Her kindness and expertise were evident in everything she did, and we will always be grateful for the love and attention she showed. If you are looking for a wonderful nurse who is both highly skilled and deeply compassionate, I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough.

Lisa is so helpful and understanding with my mom who is experiencing a difficult time with memory loss.  We both just think she is wonderful!!!

Lisa was so much help with our mother during her transition from hospital care to hospice care . She was the best for me and our family in our time of need with the house and the care of our mother .

Lisa has been working for our family for the past 18 months and has truly been a lifesaver. Before Lisa came on the scene, my 97-yr-old MIL, who has progressive dementia, had refused to bathe, change clothes, walk out of her room, etc. Lisa is kind, empathetic, good-humored - but has an air of authority that got my MIL in the shower, in fresh clothes, eating healthy meals, walking to exercise, etc. She has taken MIL to the doctors and hair appts. But most important, MIL LOVES her. Lisa spends time talking to her and gives MIL the social outlet she craves. She has not missed a day of work that was not pre-arranged vacation time and is always on time. She has also been able to occasionally stay later or come in earlier as needed. Having Lisa onboard has allowed us to keep MIL at home instead of in a nursing home. Someone was watching over us when we found Lisa on Care.com.

Loving, caring for each person she helps. Wants to make life more pleasant for each person she knows and helps. Wonderful personality and person to be around.

We were very fortunate have Lisa as our team lead for the care-giving team of my father. I consider Lisa to be a hospice whisperer. She was amazing to my father. So kind, professional, responsible and detail oriented. Lisa always exceeded our expectations. We could always count on her to go the extra mile. She also provided strong organization skills for the management of my father's home.

Wanted extensive time off she was told was not available when she was hired. She then quit with half the notice that she agreed to give when hired. As for the question, "was she punctual?", the answer should be qualified to "yes but only on the days she agreed to work".
