About Lisa

Greetings Families, I have over a decade of experience as a professional teacher and babysitter. I am dedicated to nurturing children's development and providing families with qualified, dependable, and compassionate care. I am patient, warm, creative, and thoughtful, which helps me connect with children of all ages and build a strong rapport with families. I am a credentialed teacher K-12 and I have 2. 5 years experience as a preschool teacher. I am also trained in First Aid/CPR and "Love & Logic." I have worked as a Title 1 Reading Intervention Teacher, an intervention specialist, and a substitute teacher at all grade levels. I am happy to encourage and strengthen reading skills along with providing helpful learning strategies for children and families. I enjoy facilitating nature play and exploration, reading books, doing art, and cooking with children.
