Well, I didn't get to meet Bridget actually. We communicated through the site, set up an interview time, and the morning of I got a text that she was running a few minutes late and would be there shortly. Another 30 minutes went by and I sent her a text back as for an ETA because I have another place to be, no reply. I sent one more text saying that at that point I was assuming the interview was not happening and that I hoped everything was okay. No reply. Now two days later, still no reply. The people applying for jobs here really need to understand that as working parents, our time is very limited and we appreciate direct communication.
