My college degree complements my experience in home health, respite care, and live-in care. I'm skilled in medical management, mobility assistance, and dementia care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I provide transportation, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping. I understand the importance of earning trust and communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, based on their preferences. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
