Making a positive difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past five years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate and detail-oriented care to seniors, always prioritizing their well-being and independence. I am a Certified Home Health Aide, and I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. Caregiving involves providing physical, emotional, and daily living support to individuals who need assistance due to age, illness, disability, or recovery. Responsibilities may include helping with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming), preparing meals, assisting with mobility, medications reminders, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Caregivers may also provide companionship, monitor the individual's health and well-being, assist with appointments, and support daily activities to promote comfort, independence, and quality of life.
