I am a Certified Home Health Aid with some college education and am fluent in Spanish. I provide transportation, hospice services, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and support for physical activity. I am professional and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Understanding a care recipient's preferences and history is important to me when building a connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion or behavioral changes.
