As a mother of 5 children, ages 24-11, I have years of experience in many different facets. This experience includes working as a nutritionist/personal trainer, a director of food services at a university, working in the school system as a substitute teacher, managing a very busy household, caring for elderly parents, creating and cooking new recipes. I have years of experience helping others with house sitting, running errands, pet sitting, organizing, shopping on a budget for the quality and healthy foods, cooking and creating new meals, helping with homework or projects, reading or just listening with a caring heart. I enjoy helping people reach their optimal health through creating nutrition plans, fitness programs, or even simple things such as helping with daily tasks to minimize stress.
