Lisa is a phenomenal nanny! She was with us for a little over a year and I truly did not want to let her go. The only reason we did was because we couldn’t turn down *essentially* free childcare through my work. Lisa has an incredible work ethic, she is respectful and dependable. One of the things I love most about Lisa is that she loves my son as if he were her own. While most people may be bashful when getting acclimated to working in someone else’s home, Lisa immediately started taking over care of our son when she walked in. The charisma she has to do this in a respectable fashion is quite remarkable. Not only was she great with our son, but she always knew exactly what needed to be done around the house and took care of it without being asked. She is very dependable, always on time, plans her needed time off well in advance, and remains flexible if there happens to be a last minute schedule change. She listens and takes direction with zero issues. She self manages and is self sufficient. One of the most respectable traits about her is that even though she may not need permission because the answer is always the same, she still asks permission before doing anything outside the house with our son. I cannot say enough great things about Lisa!!! Hire her….. but let me have her back for our next baby :)
