About Lisa

I'm a retired Physical Therapist that has worked in a variety of settings including trauma & wound care. I have also worked in outpatient orthopedics but my speciality is with the geriatric population in long term care settings/rehab. But more importantly I was my dads caregiver for over 20 years after he suffered a cerebral aneurysm & my mom's caregiver when she was diagnosed with cancer. I moved to Sandpoint from Austin, TX the summer of 2019 but I did not get my Idaho PT license. After having a few private caregiving clients the last few years, I've decided this is a better fit for me. I enjoy helping loved ones provide the best possible quality care for their family in their home settings. This has allowed me to use a more holistic type care using my PT skills but also utilize my passion for teaching others how to live a less toxic lifestyle (Whole foods; natural home & personal care products; getting outside in nature; positive mindset/meditation).
