About Brittney

Hi ! I go by "Britt". :) I've been a Certified Nursing Assistant since graduating high school in 2008. After I received my certification I began working at Hearthstone Assisted Living in Kootenai, Idaho. I was there for 6 months and decided to seek work elsewhere because I wasn't getting enough hours. Once I left there I began work at Valley Vista Care Center in Sandpoint and was there for a few months, but after having to leave due to a medical problem, I did not return. (Ovarian cyst the size of a softball) When I had recovered from this, I was able to return to C. N. A. work. I was then hired at The Lifecare Center of Sandpoint and worked there for several months until I was recommended by a friend from church to apply privately for a job doing home-health. I was extremely happy to be given the opportunity and the good reference and was hired May of 2010. It's been an awesome job and I am currently working for the same employer, but am looking for something PT or FT because I would like to grow and move on from my current job experience. I have worked with several different conditions... including special needs, Alzheimer's, dementia, injured and behavioral. I love to work with people and I see caregiving as more of a service than a job. I love to do to it! :)
