truly cannot say enough about how wonderful Lindsey has been for my dad. Lindsey showed not only professionalism but genuine compassion. She treats my dad with dignity, patience, and kindness every single day. Whether it's helping with his physical needs, keeping him comfortable, or simply sitting with him and talking, she goes above and beyond what's expected and will play backgammon with him which I am so grateful for since I hate the game. ;) What stands out most is her attentiveness. She always makes sure he feels safe and cared for. That level of awareness brings me a peace of mind I didn't think was possible during such a difficult time.
