About Lindsay

Hi! I've been working with kids for about 15 years in all kinds of settings, including tutoring and more structured academic support. I have a degree in Microbiology from Penn State and I'm currently pursuing my MSW, so I really care about meeting kids where they're at and helping them build confidence, not just get through assignments. I have real tutoring experience and go beyond just homework help. I like to break things down in a way that actually makes sense, help kids build better study habits, and support them in becoming more independent over time. Every child learns differently and I adjust my approach so things actually click for them. I'm patient, easy to connect with, and good at making things feel a little less overwhelming. I also have experience working with neurodiverse kids and understand how important it is to be flexible and consistent. I have active families I work with who are happy to provide references.
